AKIPRESS.COM - The World Circus Day in 2014 will be celebrated in Budapest, Hungary with a march in the City Park on April 19.
The event will also include a parade on Heroes' Square and open-air events in front of the Budapest Grand Circus throughout the day on Saturday, according to the MACIVA Hungarian Circus and Variety Nonprofit company said.
The third Saturday of April was declared World Circus Day in 2008 at the initiative of the World Circus Federation.
The Grand Circus of Budapest joined the initiative right from the start, and has been organizing day-long events to mark the day for the seventh time.
