CA-NEWS (TM) - A new batch of bright yellow Hyundai Elantra taxis took to the streets of Ashgabat. They are equipped with air conditioning and special taximeters, producing payment receipt at the end of the trip.

As the Turkmenistan.ru correspondent reports quoting the Ministry of Motor Transport of Turkmenistan, under the contract signed with South Korea's Hyundai, Turkmenistan received a total of 300 taxi cars of this brand. They will soon take to the city streets.

The first batch of new taxis - 50 Hyundai Elantra cars have already proved well on the streets of Ashgabat, showing high efficiency and compliance with high environmental standards, the ministry noted.
