New Tajik banknotes to appear by September 10

CA-NEWS (TJ) - New Tajik banknotes are scheduled to begin circulating September 10, Lenta.ru reported on August 31.

The bills are for 3 ($0.68), 200 ($46) and 500 TJS ($114). Present-day banknotes come in 1, 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100 TJS. The government approved the new bills on August 31, avesta.tj reported.
