CA-NEWS (KZ) - It is necessary to reduce public expenditures where it is possible and create reserves. President Nursultan Nazarbaev has made it public it at the opening of the fourth session of the fourth convocation of the Parliament on Wednesday.

"We should be ready for various scenarios, not to be keen on expenditures increase and treat with due care to the state funds, especially at the regional level," the Head of the State noted.

Nazarbaev emphasized necessity of control of the Parliament and the Government over rational use of budgetary funds allocated for development programs.

"Many problems could be solved without financing increase. It is necessary to reduce public expenditures where it is possible and create reserves," the Kazakh President resumed.
