| CA-NEWS (KZ) - Delegation of the Kazakh National Space Agency arrived from Indian Bangalore city where the second international exhibition of innovative space technologies Bengaluru Space Expo 2010 took place on August 25-28.
Head of the ISRO Radhakrishnan said at the opening ceremony that the main theme of the exhibition was the role of the industry in space sector.
International business space conference devoted to the commercialization of space projects was held within the exhibition. Representatives of space agencies of Russia, India, other states reported at the conference.
Head of the Kazakh delegation, director of the department for strategy of development of the space activity of the Kazcosmos Baglan Kaziev noted that the participation of the Kazakh specialists in the exhibition and negotiations of the issues of satellite systems establishment with representatives of Antrix Corporation became a practical step in implementation of the memo on cooperation development in the space field, signed between Kazcosmos and ISRO last year.
