Japanese corporation "Sojitz" to open its representation in Ashgabat

CA-NEWS (TM) - Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov met with President of "Kawasaki Plant Systems LTD" Toshikazu Hayashi and with vice President of "Sojitz" corporation Yasuyuki Fujishima on March 16, reported TurkmenInform. During the meeting sides discussed the way of realization of agreements which were made in 2009 after the 8 joint session of Turkmen-Japanese and Japanese-Turkmen committees for economic cooperation. They also discussed perspectives and directions of the further bilateral cooperation.

Particularly, representatives of Japanese business circles informed the Turkmen President about the promotion of the project of the construction of plant of carbamide production which will be constructed and equipped by "Kawasaki" and "Sojitz" in Mary. Moreover, "Sojitz"will open its representation in Ashgabat for the realization of other Japanese investment projects in Turkmenistan.
