| CA-NEWS (KZ) - Second flood took place in south-east of Kazakhstan. Heavy rains and melting of snow caused the flood, which covered 10 houses in Jylybulak village of Karatal district of Almaty region. 15 persons and 5 equipment units are involved in elimination of the consequences of the disaster, Kazakh Ministry of Emergencies reported.
