| CA-NEWS (KZ) - Kuanyshbek Esekeev was appointed as the Director of Kazakhtelecom joint stock company, Novosti-Kazakhstan reported with reference to the press service of the company. Esekeev has been holding the state position since 2002. He has been the Chairman of Kazakh Agency on Informatization and Communication for the last three years.
