CA-NEWS (UZ) - Social action within the project "Health in family" was held in Tashkent on March 12-13. Women's Association and Medical Rehabilitation Center Salus Vita organized the action, UzDaily reported. Professor Igor Poddubniy, surgeon and Chief Doctor of Children Surgery Center of Moscow State Medical Institute, in cooperation with local surgeons conducted several charity operations. Children Surgery Center prepared three children aged 6-13 for the surgery. "We invited Russian specialists as we are introducing one of the most difficult operations among children," Shavkat Salimov, director of Children Surgery Center, said.
