Uzbek security officers seize 33 kg of raw opium

CA-NEWS (UZ) - Uzbek National Security Service officers seized 32.7 kilograms of raw opium in the hidden storage on the territory of Surkhandarya region on March 9.

According to preliminary information, drugs have been transported to the territory of the republic from Tajikistan, the press service of Uzbek National Security Service reported.

Criminal case was opened upon given fact, investigation continues.
