| CA-NEWS (TJ) - Ex-Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Tajikistan Shukurjon Zukhurov elected tot he post of the Speaker of the Lower Chamber of the Tajik Parliament. He won in the voting by secret ballot which took place on Tuesday during the first session of the Lower Chamber. The newly elected chair of the Lower Chamber of the Parliament said that next years the activity of the Parliament will be focussed on the adoption of laws which will assist the speed up the realization of main strategies of the government, reaching of the energy independence, overcoming of transport dead end and provision of food security.
