CA-NEWS (TJ) - Officers of the Tajik Internal Affairs Ministry seized 21 kilograms of drugs during the weekend.

18 kilograms of hashish were seized during the operation in Hamadoni region which is close to the Afghan border, according to the ministry.

The drugs were found during the checking of the house of one of the local residents.

The Ministry also noticed that during the preventive operation in Dushanbe there was detained the Tajik citizen with 1.5 kilograms of organic drugs.

During the operation in Istarafshan there was detained the man suspected in the sell of 2 kilograms of heroin.

There were initiated criminal cases concerning. All cases are being investigated.
