CA-NEWS (KZ) - JSC Razvedka Dobycha KazMunaiGaz distributed information on the situation in its production branch Ozenmunaigaz.

According to the report, strike campaign of the part of the workers of the branch which started on March 1 continues. 1.5-3 thousand workers did not show up to their shift on March 4-12, company reported.

However, oil extraction in Ozenmunaigaz continues. The daily loss of oil extraction caused by the strike constitutes 800 tons as of March 12.

The strike was caused by the information on transfer to the new system of payment for work. Under the new system fixed salary of the workers will constitute 55-77%, while additional wage will constitute 23%.
