CA-NEWS (KZ) - Almaty State Art Museum will host the exhibition "Silk Road - silk art of China" on March 17, Kazinform reported.

Th exhibition presents 145 exponents, including silk clothing, valuable historical manuscripts and materials reflecting trade relations between peoples of Kazakhstan and China during the times of the Great Silk Road.

The event will last till April 15.

Organizers are Silk Museum of China, General Consulate of China in Almaty, and Almaty State Art Museum.
