According to the press service of the Uzbek National Security Service, there was detained the truck at the Tashkent customs point for checking. During the checking of the car there were found 9.5 kilograms of heroin.

Drugs were prepared for the transportation by Tajik drug dealers, according to the press service.

The driver of the car who is the resident of Bekabad district of Tashkent region said that drugs belong to the Tajik citizen who asked to transport drugs to Kazakhstan and promised to pay $1800.

There was initiated the criminal case against the driver. The case is being investigated.
