Northern Tajikistan starts to receive more money transfers

CA-NEWS (TJ) - Commercial banks in northern Tajikistan received $4.6 million or 8.2% more money transfers than in the previous year.

According to the branch of the National Bank of Tajikistan in Khujand, during two months of 2010 migrants of the Sogd region sent their families $60.4 million.

This amount is $4.6 million higher in comparison to the similar period of 2009.
