Nomination of candidates to Upper Chamber of Parliament starts in Tajikistan

CA-NEWS (TJ) - The process of nomination of candidates to the Upper Chamber of the Parliament started in Tajikistan on Thursday. The elections will take place on March 25.

According to the Central Elections Commission of Tajikistan, the process of nomination will end one week before the elections.

According to the elections legislation, every member of the Upper Chamber of the Parliament is elected for the 5-year term.
