CA-NEWS (KZ) - Kazakhstan has exported 6.8 million tons of grain in 2009, half of which was flour, First Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Umirzak Shukeev reported. The share of flour in the total volume of export of grain is increasing annually, he noted. This is a quite significant index, Shukeev stated. The republic has harvested 15.6 million tons of grain in total in 2009. Kazakhstan has exported 2.2 million tons of flour in 2009, which made the country the world leader in the sphere, Kazakh Ministry of Agriculture reported.
