| | Turkmen higher education institutions plan to create 7 new faculties and 48 departments

| CA-NEWS (TJ) - It is planned to create 48 new departments and 7 new faculties in Turkmen institutions in 2010. There will be accepted 45 people to post graduate studentship, 9 people to the doctorate and 57 people to the clinical residency, according to the State News Agency of Turkmenistan. Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov signed special orders concerning the changes in higher education institutions. According to Turkmenistan.ru, Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov appointed Saparberdy Charyev to the post of the rector of the National Institute of Foreign Languages.
