CA-NEWS (TM) - During the session of the Cabinet Council of Turkmenistan on February5 Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov expressed his dissatisfaction with the work of the Turkmen mass media, including the state TV channel, according to the State News Agency of Turkmenistan.

He criticized head of the Turkmenistan TV channel Annamurad Annaev.

Under the order of Berdymuhamedov Annaev was dismissed from his post and temporarily changed by Vice Minister of Culture and TV and Radio Broadcasting Aymuhammed Orazmuhammedov.

The Vice Prime Minister was assigned to improve the situation with the media.
