CA-NEWS (UZ) - One of the four Uzbek nationals accused in murder, 25-year-old Khusniddin Shodiev attempted to escape from police right from the court hall in Prague, Uzbek radio service Ozodlik (Liberty) reported with reference to court press representative. Police officers managed to detain him and suppress the attempt of escape. No one was injured. Four Uzbek citizens, including Shodiev, are accused in murder of Ukranian prostitute and blackmail. The trial will be held in Prague this March. Another Uzbek citizen Shakhzod Maksumov was found guilty in the murder of a Belarus national and sentenced to 13.5 years of imprisonment in Prague last year.
